Kerrie McGilvray

Kerrie McGilvray started her career as an apprentice mechanic and ended up running six departments for a corporate firm for 20 hours a week. When they let her go and replaced her with six full time employees, it proved one thing: great systems and the right operator outperform headcount every time.

That moment became the foundation of The Admin Superheroes. Kerrie has spent over 20 years in operations management across multiple industries, and now channels that experience into helping Australian small businesses with 2–10 staff build businesses that can run, scale, and sell without them.

She is also the owner of Justified Talent, host of The Business Rebellion podcast, and creator of the Business Sale Readiness Assessment. Based in Sydney working across Australia and globally.
